Street Fest
Thursdays at Northern Pacific Center just got even better! We've transformed our space into a street fest with added tents and extra seating to accommodate the growing crowds. Enjoy the vibrant atmosphere with our Farmers Market, live music, and delicious seafood boils. Come eat, drink, and enjoy the lively Thursday festivities under our shaded tents!
Unique Farmers Markets
Our Farmers Markets at Northern Pacific Center are a vibrant showcase of local goodies and community spirit. Running every Thursday from 3pm to 7pm, the market features a diverse array of fresh produce, artisanal goods, and handmade crafts from local farmers and vendors.
Seafood Boils
The wait is finally over. Chef Matt’s known and loved seafood boils have made their debut at Notch 8! Our classic boil includes a half-pound of jumbo shrimp, corn on the cob, young potatoes, andouille sausage, lemon, garlic, onion, and herbs. Elevate your boil by adding lobster tail, scallops, mussels, crab, and more. Come join us for our seafood feast that's sure to become a new favorite!
Live Music
Every Thursday evening, enjoy live music from 5pm to 7pm by local artists at Notch 8. Come relax, unwind, and experience the best of our community’s musical talent while trying one of our delicious menu items, sipping one of our signature cocktails, or digging into our seafood boil!
Shop Our District
After browsing the farmers market, be sure to stop by our shops on property. In the clocktower building you can find Loco Espress Coffee House, Native Salon and Vintage Fern, Little Hobo Boutique, Goody’s Gourmet Treats, and Notch 8. We also have The Smokestack BBQ Supply Store and Lux Luminosity Med Spa just kitty corner from Loco Espress. At Northern Pacific Center, there truly is something for everyone.
